Our Monday morning all-company briefing is normally held in our boardroom, with most of us in the same room face-to- face.

Today, whilst we all work from home to hashtag#FlattenTheCurve, I felt a real sense of togetherness as the whole team across the world in the UK, Lithuania, India and Australia dialled in. These calls will continue daily at the same time throughout this week.

Whilst our clients are the priority during these calls, today we also checked to make sure everyone is OK and how we could help each other. For example, a care package is being organised for a UK-based elderly relative of an Australian colleague.

With everything that’s happening about the Coronavirus, it might be very hard to make a decision of what to do today, particularly with social distancing very much on the agenda.

My advice? Not being in the office means the physical distance is greater. So put calls in the diary with technology that's so easily available, and we may end up feeling a lot more together. Perhaps even, more together than ever before.
