What We Did
Beyond Analysis undertook a series of remote interviews with key stakeholders from Sales, Marketing and the Insight teams. These were used to understand how the segmentation is used today, the challenges and aspirations and expectation for the future. Desk based research and reviews of the technical development and underlying data sources supplemented these.
We provided a summary report on current status and a detailed recommendation on how they should re-develop the solution using transaction level data to support the current strategic objectives and underpin their digital transformation.
