Situation
This rapidly growing Online Travel Agent was looking to drive improvements in the traveler experiences using data. Beyond Analysis were asked to support the strategy with insights from our travel data partnership.
What We Did
Using the Competitive Insights data and solution we developed for Travelport we were able to assist the client in identifying popular routes and destinations. Using these insights we developed targeted marketing campaigns to reach prospective travelers with the most relevant messages and offers.
Outcome
The initial campaigns were a success, driving 15% incremental revenues.
