This national estate agency group wanted to record and benchmark NPS scores across its portfolio of multi-brand agencies. As a group based business it had to contend with multiple different agency brands and management teams. Beyond Analysis were asked to develop a cloud based data solution that would run the programme and produce bennchmarked reporting at a central, regional, brand and branch level.
What We Did
Beyond Analysis designed the NPS surveys and set up the survey distribution system using a partner. A back end data warehouse was set up to manage the distribution and reporting across branches, brands and regions. This was extremely complex as it needed to be able to manage regular brand name changes at a branch level without losing the NPS results. Weekly reporting infrastructure was established using our Q&E platform.
The NPS programme now runs continuously with automated reporting delivered at a head office and local branch level.
