This online travel agent was looking for solutions to optimise their acquisition.

What We Did

Using our travel personas and travel market data we provided the client with the right destinations, package types and times to market to each of their different customer types. Over the course of a year we collaboratively ran a series of test and learn programmes to implement and refine the recommendations.


First year results saw in increase of 85,000 bookings (15%) and an associated increase of $20 margin per booking.
