What We Did
Using their customer and transaction data Beyond Analysis developed a series of customer profiles, propensity and predictive models to support the CRM activity. Existing customers were scored on their likelihood to take a specific holiday type - their score then dictated the type of communication they would receive.
This program saw an increase in quotes provided of 13% of which they consistently achieved a 65% conversion rate.
