Beyond Analysis become certified as a Great Place to Work

A super start to 2022. We’re delighted to announce that we have become Great Place to Work-certified! This means that we have been officially recognised by the leading authority on workplace culture and experience, Great Places to Work®, as an exceptional, high performing work place.

The certification is driven by an employee engagement survey, which measures the extent to which employees across the organisation report a consistently great workplace experience, considering factors such as their daily encounters of innovation, inclusivity, company values and the effectiveness of its leaders.

The survey found that 100 per cent of our team believe that people are treated fairly irrespective of their race, sexuality, age or gender and that we offer a physically safe place to work.

We scored 93 per cent for our leadership behaviour, which measures our people’s experience with our business leaders’ behaviour and how it resonates with the company’s strategy and values. Great Places to Work believes that a positive experience of these behaviours for employees on all levels of the organisation is a key differentiator among the best workplaces and enables companies to execute their strategies consistently.

Additionally, we scored 89 per cent for our innovation. This measures our ability to continuously improve, adapt quickly and generate game-changing opportunities. Whether it is finding a new and better way of doing something or responding to unexpected challenges (like covid!). It is considered a very strong indicator that the company will remain ‘healthy tomorrow’.

We also scored 89% for engagement. This measures the degree to which our people are tuned into their work and act as owners of the business.

Needless to say we’re delighted with these results. It is fantastic to have external recognition of one of our key values: Placing our teams’ experiences at the centre of what we do.
